Dispute Policy

How disagreements are resolved

Groups Are Self-Governing

Who Called It is built on trust between people who know each other. Groups resolve their own disputes internally, just like friends settling a friendly disagreement.

Disagreeing with a Challenge Outcome

If you believe a challenge was resolved incorrectly, here's what to do:

  1. Check the source link. Every resolution includes a source proving the outcome. Review it to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding.
  2. Raise it with the resolver. The person who resolved the challenge is shown on the results. Reach out to them directly through the group to discuss.
  3. Escalate to the group owner. If you can't reach agreement, the group owner has final authority on disputes within their group.

Group Authority

Each group has an owner who serves as the final decision-maker for that group. This person can:

  • Void or cancel challenges if there's a legitimate issue
  • Make final rulings on disputed outcomes
  • Remove members who cause problems
  • Set rules for how the group operates

If you don't trust the group owner to be fair, you probably shouldn't be participating in challenges with contributions in that group.

Evidence for Disputes

If you're raising a dispute about an outcome, come prepared with evidence:

  • Links to authoritative sources (news articles, official results, etc.)
  • Screenshots if relevant
  • Clear explanation of why you believe the resolution is incorrect

"I think I was right" isn't enough — you need to show why the declared outcome doesn't match reality.

What Who Called It Can Help With

While we don't arbitrate challenge outcomes, our support team can help with:

  • Technical issues: Bugs, errors, or platform problems
  • Payment problems: Failed transactions, transfer issues
  • Account access: Login issues, security concerns
  • Policy violations: Reporting harassment, fraud, or abuse

What We Cannot Help With

  • Challenge outcomes: We don't decide who was "right"
  • Group disagreements: Internal disputes are for the group to resolve
  • Personal conflicts: Issues between members outside of platform rules
  • Contribution recovery after lock: Once locked, contributions are committed

Serious Issues

Some issues go beyond normal disputes and require platform intervention:

Report These Immediately

  • • Harassment or threats
  • • Suspected fraud or scams
  • • Illegal activity
  • • Impersonation
  • • Security breaches

For these issues, email support@whocalledit.ai immediately with details. We take these reports seriously and will investigate.

Our Philosophy

Who Called It works because it's built on existing trust between group members. We provide the tools for fair, transparent challenges — but the trust and accountability come from you and the people you choose to play with.
